• from 6:00 pm - 6:50 pm for ages 6 to 10

• from 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm for ages 11 to 15

Capoeira is a dynamic martial art/cultural art. Capoeira combines a unique fighting style, dance, acrobatics, music, language, and discipline! In Akinlana’s Capoeira class students will learn discipline, self defense, relaxation through musical meditation, health and education through this fun dynamic art form!!
