  • 1:30-1:50 pm – Congolese Dance Demo with Keira Haywood

  • 1:55-2:25 pm – Gardening with The Youth w/ Tayler Clemm*

  • 2:30-3:00 pm – Restorative Up-Cycling(bring a tee to cut) w/ Sheba G

  • 3:05-3:35 pm – Restorative Spring Bath Salts w/Lakeisha Wolf*

  • 3:40-4:00 pm – MMB(Minding my Business, Minding my Body) Movement Demo w/Ira Cambric

  • 4:05-4:25 pm – Aging Gracefully Dance Demo w/ Toni Nadiyah Stowers

  • 4:30-4:50 pm – Afromoves Demo w/Chrisala Brown

  • 4:55-5:15 pm – Afreekan Fit Dance Demo w/ Ebony Zanuwa

  • 5:20-5:40 pm – Choreographed Fitness Demo w/ Rickia Davenport

  • 5:45-6:05 pm – Dance Hall Demo w/ K'aijha Gomez(Keysha’s daughter)
