Every year here at Legacy, we are blessed to facilitate a six week summer camp from June 23rd to August 1st for children ages 6 - 13 years old from 8:30 - 4:00 pm. Our summer camp helps foster gifts in our youth like gardening, visual arts, African drumming, dance, capoeira, theater, media and self reflection. This is where you (our community ) comes into play. We would love for you to come to Legacy and volunteer your time, by speaking with our youth and helping them learn the beauty of self reflection. Through your unique lived experiences, we believe that you will ignite a beautiful change in our youth’s lives. Our “Guided Self Reflections” begin Thursday June 26th, and will be held every Thursday from 1:00 to 2:00pm.
